About Lake Printing

Lake Printing began in 1949 as a small letterpress shop in a basement located in Lake of the Ozarks, MO. As Lake Printing's reputation for quality printing and excellent service grew, we made numerous equipment purchases which enabled us to enhance and improve both our quality and services. In 1989, additional multi-color presses were added along with a complete finishing department.

In 1990, we moved into our present home ... a 30,000 square foot facility on a 40-acre tract in Osage Beach.

Meet the Team

  Gary Lorenz, Chairman / Owner
• 
  Steve Truitt, President
  Steve joined Lake Printing in 1982 when his father, then owner of Lake Printing, Merle Truitt asked him to introduce a sales program to the company. Steve has been with the company ever since and continues to spend most of his time with customers along with his duties as President.

  Melissa Carroll, Vice President Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration which she earned at Columbia College. She joined the Lake Printing team in the fall of 2007 and has over 12 years experience in sales, marketing and printing. Melissa is responsible for sales development, marketing and other managerial duties as vice president of the company.

  Chris Day, Senior Estimator/Purchasing
  Chris earned his Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts from College of the Ozarks. He originally was with Lake Printing's team from 1986 through 1991 and rejoined the team again in the fall of 2009. Chris has over 30 years experience in the printing industry.

  Carol Whitfill, Customer Consultant
  Has a Bachelor's Degree from SUNY Oneonta. Loves working with people and building client relationships. Her experience includes working at Kimberly Clark and selling printing for 10 years in Kansas City. She joined the Lake Printing team in January 2007.

  Craig Lorenz, Customer Consultant
  Graduated from the University of Missouri in 1992 with a BA in Business, been in the printing business for over 20 years.

  Darla Turner, Project Coordinator
  Darla is one of Lake Printing’s longest tenured team members, joining the team in 1988. In years past she has worked as a press and bindery operator in our Express department. Her vast experience in the industry helps her now to coordinate the many jobs in that department. Darla looks forward to working with you in your digital and small press projects!

  Nora Broadway, Project Coordinator/Assistant Operations Manager
  Nora has been on the team since 2007. She plays a key role in the production strategy at Lake Printing as a Project Coordinator and Assistant Operations Manager. Her main background in printing is with small press and quick printers, and currently assists in several different departments. She looks forward to helping you with your next print project!

  Rochelle Dueber, Project Coordinator
  Rochelle graduated from Missouri State University in 2010 with a degree in Marketing with an emphasis in advertising and promotion. Her knowledge of the print process combined with an enthusiastic passion for her work is a valuable asset for the Lake Printing team, as well as for our many customers.
